We highly recommend purchasing a sizing kit before ordering if you are unsure of your sizes. Customers are responsible for selecting accurate sizes at checkout.

Are the nails reusable?
Yes! With proper application and removal, your nails can be reused multiple times.

What comes with my order?
Each order includes your handmade nail set along with an application kit.

How long do the nails last?
With proper prep and application, nails can last up to 1-3 weeks depending on lifestyle and application method.

Are the nails handmade?
Yes! Every set is handmade using high quality products including acrylic and/or builder gel for a durable salon-quality finish.

Do you offer custom sets?
Yes! Custom orders are available. Please upload your inspiration photo or contact us before ordering if needed.

Can I rush my order?
Rush order options may be available depending on current workload. Please check the "nail essentials" section of the website to see if its available before purchasing.

Do you offer refunds for sizing issues?
No. Due to hygiene reasons and the custom nature of press-on nails, refunds are not provided for sizing issues. Please measure carefully before ordering.

What if my package is lost?
Once packages are shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production has started, cancellations are no longer accepted.
