All nail sets are handmade and made to order with care. Current processing times are listed on each product page and may vary during high volume periods, sales, or holidays.

Once your order is completed, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow carriers time to update tracking after shipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. Nails By Shonica is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier directly.

Please note:
Processing time and shipping time are separate. Expedited shipping does not speed up production time unless a rush order has been purchased.
