Due to the handmade and custom nature of press-on nails, all sales are final.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges will NOT be accepted for:

• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

• Change of mind after purchase

• Minor design variations

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Improper application or removal

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
