Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of Nails by Shonica press-on nails, all sales are final once the 24-hour cancellation period has passed.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, orders can no longer be canceled or refunded because materials may have already been prepared and production may have begun.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Incorrect sizing or measurements selected or provided by the customer
• Change of mind after the 24-hour cancellation period
• Minor handmade design or color variations
• Improper application or removal
• Normal wear and tear

Sizing Issues
Customers are responsible for selecting or providing the correct nail sizes.

Sizing kits are available and highly recommended before ordering. Nails by Shonica is not responsible for nails that do not fit due to incorrect measurements or sizing selections.

If needed, 1–5 replacement nails may be purchased through the Replacement Nails listing. If more than 5 nails are needed, a new full set must be purchased.

Handmade Variations
Every set is handmade, so slight variations in color, design placement, marbling, charms, rhinestones, or other handmade details may occur. These minor variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund.

Errors With Your Order
If you receive an incorrect item or there is an issue with your order due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, correction, or refund when applicable.
